Every bike ride is offered at 5 difficulty levels, and on peak days up to six guided groups set off on different routes: road, gravel and MTB, or the easy pace of the &#8220;Dolce Vita&#8221; rides.<\/p>\n        <p class=\"bk-sett__testo\">When you arrive, the bike manager gives you a briefing on the routes. If you prefer to ride on your own, you can use the GPS tracks selected over the years.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"bk-sett__blocco\">\n        <h3 class=\"bk-sett__h3\">For those who don&#8217;t ride<\/h3>\n        <p class=\"bk-sett__testo\">There is a parallel programme for non-riders: guided walks, visits to the villages, boat trips in the warmer months and cookery classes. The days fit together, and everyone meets again at the table for the tastings.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"bk-sett__blocco\">\n        <h3 class=\"bk-sett__h3\">The rest of your stay<\/h3>\n        <p class=\"bk-sett__testo\">The rest is what you would expect from a family-run hotel in Romagna, with two extras that riders appreciate. The first is a 350-square-metre wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath and ice bath, which is good for your legs and not only for relaxing.<\/p>\n        <p class=\"bk-sett__testo\">The second is the tastings of local products: olive oil, balsamic vinegar from the family&#8217;s own vinegar cellar and evenings with the sommelier.
